Sententia Certified Facilitator Program

 We're looking for a select group of applicants to guide and support in becoming part of our global community of Sententia Certified Facilitators.

The Sententia Certified Facilitator Program is part of our joint vision for you to actively integrate the tools and techniques contained in the Sententia Gamification Surveyor (Level 1) program into your professional work, whether internally with your company or externally with your business community. 

Sententia Certified Facilitators become gamification teachers and practitioners. They have the training and tools to bring insights and guidance to people and organizations who are seeking to add gamification strategy design to their own learning and talent development initiatives. As a Sententia Certified Facilitator you can help people learn to master the awesome potential of gamification in their employee engagement programs—and you can get paid to do it!

As a Sententia Certified Facilitator you: 

1. Receive the complete electronic files of the Sententia Level 1 – Gamification Apprentice curriculum including:
   • Facilitator’s Guide
   • Participant’s Playbook
   • PowerPoints
   • Ancillary Handouts
   • Sales and Marketing Materials and Coaching
2. Are authorized to market and deliver live Sententia Level 1 Gamification Surveyor programs in your community, business circles, and social network*. (You keep 100% of fees earned for events that you originate.)
3. Earn 50% royalties on any referral of an individual who registers and completes full price payment for the Sententia Gamification Surveyor (Level 1) Online Program.
4. Earn 20% royalties on any referral of an individual who registers and completes full price payment for the Sententia Gamification Journeyman (Level 2) Program.
5. Earn 10% royalties on any referral of an individual who registers and completes full price payment for the Sententia Gamification Master Craftsman (Level 3) Program.
6. Earn $300 for each Toolbox Tutorial that you design and deliver in the Game Garage.
7. Earn $250 for each 1/2-day vILT LV1 co-facilitated with Sententia.
8. Speak as a representative of Sententia Gamification for events in your region such as local ATD and SHRM chapters, regional and local conferences, training events, Meetups, etc.**.

Costs

The cost to be a Sententia Certified Facilitator is only $500.

Certified Facilitator Status

Your certification status will commence upon:

1. Successful completion of the Sententia Gamification Master Craftsman Certification (Level 3)
2. Payment of the onetime agreement fee (or an approved payment plan)
3. Demonstrating competence in the theoretical understanding and practical application of the Sententia Level 1 – Gamification Surveyor curriculum and interactive instructor led training via live or videotaped observation by a Sententia Corporate Officer.

Next Steps

1. Download and review the Sententia Certified Facilitator Program Map.
2. Pay the onetime certification fee
3. Download and complete the application and email it to Monica Cornetti ([email protected])
4. Attend either a live or vILT Certified Facilitator Training
5. Observe a live or vILT Level 1 Gamification Surveyor Certification (in addition to the one you Certified in)
6. Download and sign the Letter of Agreement and email it to Monica Cornetti ([email protected])

*Except in territories which have been deemed exclusive for individual facilitators.
