Learning design using games
Leif has a degree as a clothing craftsman. Faith would have it that he entered an entirely new field of gamification and workplace learning. He has educated himself within the field of learning and OD. Now, he holds a business diploma in organizational development from SDU in Denmark and a master in Adult Learning and Organizational Design.
Leif has also written books, blogs, and papers in the arena of learning and games. A founder of a series of start-up companies, from 2010 Leif has been focusing on digital learning tools as the founder and CEO of the company Actee. On top of games, Actee has developed a digital simulation where companies can make and build their own games on the platform.
