Mohammed has 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market and has worked in different positions in multinational & large local pharmaceutical organizations like GSK pharmaceutical, ELITE-SEGMA pharmaceuticals & RIYADH pharmaceutical. He advanced from a medical rep to supervisor to territory manager to product manager to business unit manager and for the past five years he has been a business leadership trainer & talent development specialist at Riyadh pharma. He is bilingual and designed training materials in Arabic for Arabic speaking employees and in English for non-Arabic speaking employees.

He will demonstrate how gamified learning was used to enhance the understanding and retention level of the typically boring medical knowledge and selling process model trainings.
