Sandra Abadir

Sandra has spent her life exploring different fields of creativeness, a bachelor degree in Architecture & environmental designs graduate, she was also a scholarship student at school for 3 consecutive years.

Aside from being an innovative architectural engineer, a great graphic designer who has meticulous eye to details, a witty writer and a fabulous cook, Sandra also found great passion in Gamification where she Collaborated yearly for the more than 7 years with the HR department at her organization to turn the working environment into bursting fun, and helped awaken up the drowsy days with outstanding game – based learning activities and gamified projects.


Sandra also became a partner and certified Gamification Trainer and consultant by Gamification+, UK and the adventures of creativity began by founding GamUp specializing in gamified projects and Gamification trainings.

Sandra also pursued further studies to compliment those talents with Digital Marketing Diploma from Core Consultants USA, Gamification Course authorized by University of Pennsylvania, USA ,Train the trainer Diploma accredited by society for Human Resources (SHRM), as well as Happiness coach certificate by Institute of wellness , Berkeley , California and has highlighted Gamification in many Events as a speaker such as TEDx highlighting "How to Gamify for a Better World.", NASAGA ( North American Simulation & Gaming Association) , Gamification Europe, Berlin. Her company’s motto as always been“Play helps us do serious things much much better”
