BRING THE WORK. WE’LL BUILD THE PRACTICE.

01 / PRACTICAL AI

“Help me prepare for this conversation.”

Give AI context. Rehearse responses. Keep your judgment.

02 / TEAM COLLABORATION

“We see the same problem differently.”

Explore perspectives. Practice communication. Agree on a next step.

DESIGNED FOR HOW PEOPLE PLAY & LEARN

Knowing is good. Doing is better.

Our approach combines gameful learning experience design with real workplace challenges. Through scenarios, meaningful choices, team activities, and guided reflection, participants practice skills and explore what happens when they try a different approach.

We start with your learners, the work they do, and what needs to change. Then we design the experience around that.

WHAT YOU CAN HIRE US TO DO

Training with a clear purpose.

01 / LEAD WITH AI

Practical AI for Managers and Teams

Help employees use approved AI tools as an assistant for everyday work. Participants learn to give clear direction, refine responses, check the work, and build habits they can repeat.

What we work on
Prompting for everyday tasks; meeting preparation and follow-up; difficult conversation rehearsal; reusable prompts and workflows.

02 / BUILD SHARED UNDERSTANDING

Team Communication and Collaboration

Give teams a structured way to explore different perspectives, communicate clearly, and work through challenges together. Facilitated experiences connect what happens in the room to what happens at work.

What we work on
Team building; BOX-based experiences; communication; leadership voice; emotional intelligence; collaboration.

03 / START WITH YOUR CHALLENGE

Custom Training Design and Delivery

Develop training around a defined workplace skill or performance need. We adapt the content, scenarios, activities, and delivery to your people and your organization.

What we work on
First-time supervisor development; managing people; coaching and feedback; leadership skills; redesigning existing training.

A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START

AI as Your Management Assistant

For supervisors and managers beginning to use AI in their work. Bring an everyday task and learn how to give AI useful direction, evaluate its responses, and turn a promising result into a repeatable approach.

Practice together

A three-hour hands-on workshop covering useful prompting, everyday management tasks, and preparation for difficult conversations.

Try it at work

Apply a reusable prompt or workflow to a real task using your organization’s approved tools and information guidelines.

Return and refine

A one-hour virtual session approximately two weeks later to share results, troubleshoot, and improve your approach.

Designed for groups of 12–20. Virtual option: two 90-minute workshops plus the follow-up hour. Participants need a laptop and access to an approved AI tool.

01 / DEFINE

Name the challenge.

Tell us who needs the training, what is happening now, and what people should be able to do afterward.

02 / DESIGN

Make the practice relevant.

We shape the scenarios, activities, and format around your learners, workplace, and available tools.

03 / APPLY

Connect it to the job.

Participants leave with practical tools and a next step. Follow-up can help them refine how they use what they learned.

LET’S MAKE IT REAL.

What does your team need to do better?

Tell us about your team, the challenge, your preferred timing, and whether you need onsite or virtual training. We’ll discuss a format and scope that fit.
