Shonda Hodge is a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant at Microsoft. In this role, she works on the Technical Skilling and Onboarding Team supporting technical readiness programs and initiatives for support engineers in Modern Work. She also drives methods of program evaluation for effectiveness, standardization and operational efficiency and assists an extended team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) on learning delivery methods and techniques. Shonda has 20+ years professional experience in the IT Industry, including needs assessment,
content development, instructional design, facilitation, program evaluation, process improvement, operational effectiveness, and project management. She also has a master’s degree in Training and Development. In her spare time, Shonda loves to paper craft and travel the world.
