Rodrigo Borgia, COPC Registered Coordinator, Certificate in Gamification and Lego Serious Play, Bachelor of Business Administration, Professor of Management, Postgraduate in Call Center Management, Master of Business Administration. He has worked designing and developing customer service, commercial, tele-sales and mobile business areas for Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe and Hewlett Packard, among others. From Gamifica he has managed employee motivation and customer loyalty programs in different companies in the LATAM region.
