Submerged: Escape Room Workshop Featuring 9 Key Profiles of Effective Teams
In Teamwork Unlocked’s “Submerged” Escape Room workshop, teams navigate a malfunctioning submarine sinking to the ocean floor. They must collaborate to restore the vessel and resurface. Utilizing the proprietary “9 Key Profiles of Effective Teams” framework, facilitators guide participants to understand personal roles, recognize collective strengths, and identify performance-inhibiting gaps. This custom-designed experience extracts deep behavioral insights through three distinct stages. Between each phase, structured debriefs allow teams to refine their strategies and iterate on their learning. It’s a high-stakes simulation that transforms team dynamics by blending immersive puzzles with actionable frameworks for achieving their real-world professional success and growth.
