Border Security Challenge!

BORDER SECURITY CHALLENGE! is an interactive, gamified online simulation that helps university students practice and refine interviewing skills in an engaging and fun environment outside scheduled class time. Designed for independent use on personal electronics, it promotes learner autonomy, content mastery, and confidence while reducing performance anxiety.

Players assume the role of a Border Security Officer at MacEwan Airport, interviewing suspect travelers using selected interviewing skills. Immediate feedback explains best practices. Successful interviews yield contraband items that are stored in the Security Locker. Collecting all five contraband items completes the challenge, while ten errors trigger airport lockdown and invite replay.
