Junialdi Dwijaputra
Junialdi Dwijaputra is the Head of Business Gamification at Agate, with over six years of experience in gamification and product management across mining and technology sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology, where he focused his research on gamification, leading to publications and conference presentations.
At Agate, Junialdi advanced from Product Manager to Head of Product Management, establishing product management standards and leading the gamification division. His key achievements include building the #1 Game-Based Assessment based on CHC Theory and improving a Learning Management System's user login from 2,000 to 12,000 per month. He also developed micro-learning content and led the creation of Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Grade 2. Outside work, he mentors in the Product Management community and enjoys adventure hobbies like hiking.
