The ICF PCC Markers Journey is a gamified learning experience designed for coaches preparing for the ICF PCC Credential who feel overwhelmed by memorization yet unsure how to apply the markers in real coaching sessions. Built and delivered on BLUERABBIT, the journey uses levels, scenarios, reflective choices, and coaching dilemmas to simulate the kind of thinking required in both credentialing and real-world conversations. Instead of testing recall, it creates a psychologically safe, game-informed space where learners slow down, notice nuance, and practice ethical, marker-aligned decision-making.
