Thiago Barrionuevo is an entrepreneur, gamer, and founder of Cuboo Experience, where he helps organizations rethink corporate learning through game-based experiences. With a background in Business Administration and an MBA from Manchester Business School, Thiago brings more than 15 years of leadership experience from multinational companies including BASF, SKY, and PPG.
He has worked with over 200 companies across 20 countries, impacting more than 40,000 people through workshops, keynotes, and creative learning experiences. Thiago focuses on game-based learning, gamification, and creativity as tools to connect people, ideas, and real business outcomes.

Survivors is a fast-paced, cooperative Arcade experience where no one has the full picture and success depends on how well you communicate under pressure. Each player holds partial information, and your team must quickly share clues, connect the dots, and make decisions together before time runs out. It’s a live, hands-on way to experience what real collaboration actually feels like when information is incomplete, stakes are high, and every voice matters.
