Balint Koller
Balint Koller is an experienced learning designer known for creating engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences through the thoughtful use of technology and gamification. Educated in Hungary as a language teacher and shaped by 18 years of living and working in Aotearoa New Zealand, he brings a rich, cross-cultural perspective to instructional and information design across public, corporate, and higher education sectors. Since 2023, Balint has been a member of Grundfosā€™ Global Learning Design Team, where he continues to design interactive learning solutions that connect people, purpose, and performance at scale.
Stakeholder Quest: Leveling Up Digital Learning at Grundfos
In this gamified course, learners are presented with four challenges where they need to decide which digital learning project member they need to consult with on particular questions. Targeting company-internal business stakeholders,Ā this course is meant to prepare Business Project Owners and Subject Matter Experts for engaging with members of the Learning Design Team and each other during a typical digital learning project. The challenges are based on real-life scenarios that are typical for such a project. Game elements and mechanics are introduced to make the experience fun, rewarding, and memorable.
