Carol Lim is a learning futurist, foresight practitioner, and experiential learning designer who helps organizations across Asia rethink how adults connect, learn, collaborate, and innovate. With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience spanning government, higher education, technology, and social impact, she brings an interdisciplinary lens to shaping decision-making, learning, and innovation cultures in complex environments.
As founder of the Singapore chapter of #play14, Carol convenes a diverse community using serious play to develop leadership, creativity, and human connection.
