Speaker Liaison Co-Champion
The Speaker Liaison Co-Champion is the go-to guide and behind-the-scenes powerhouse who ensures our speakers feel welcomed, supported, and ready to shine. From the moment they arrive to the final applause, this Champion manages the flow of each session with care and precision, checking AV setup, cueing slides, handling transitions, and staying present to smooth over any bumps in the road. They bring the energy, offer encouragement, and create a polished experience for both presenters and participants. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, the Speaker Liaison Champion also coordinates special needs, gathers feedback, and makes sure each speaker knows how valued they are. Whether it’s a seamless mic handoff or a timely photo for our memories archive, this role ensures our speakers—and their sessions—truly hit the right note.
