Elmer Lau is dedicated to empowering young people to learn, live, and lead with meaning and purpose. Early in his career, Elmer chose a path in youth development over a more traditional banking role, a decision driven by his belief in growth, transformation, and doing work that truly matters. That choice has shaped a career centered on helping young people build skills, shift mindsets, and discover their potential across diverse ages, backgrounds, and cultures.
Elmer is a Reiss Motivation Profile Master and one of the few practitioners in Asia specializing in Reiss Motivation Profiling for children. His work focuses on understanding what drives individuals at a deep motivational level and using those insights to support learning, development, and well-being. Alongside youth, he actively engages educators and parents, helping them better support the growth journeys of the young people in their care.
