With years of experience designing learning journeys across diverse organizational contexts, Jak focuses on translating complex behavioral concepts into simple, playable, and meaningful interactions. As co-creator of Monsters and Heroes, he combines structure, play, and insight to help people surface patterns, build awareness, and activate purposeful action in both work and life.
