Application + Real-World Transfer
You've designed it. You've built it. You've tested it. Now it's time to discover how your learning experience performs when it meets the realities of implementation.
As a GamiCon ATX participant, you'll challenge your learning experience from the perspective of the people who ultimately determine its success. Together, Artrell and Jazmin will help you think beyond the prototype and prepare your design for implementation.
You'll discover practical ways to strengthen your design before introducing it into your organization. Throughout the session, you'll collaborate with fellow participants while using AI as a strategic thinking partner to challenge assumptions, anticipate stakeholder questions, and rapidly refine one core learning interaction. Through facilitated design challenges, peer feedback, and realistic implementation scenarios, you'll strengthen your ideas before introducing them into your organization.
By the end of this session, you'll have completed the Implementation and Real-World Transfer sections of your Make It Real Blueprint, leaving with a learning experience that's practical, defensible, and ready to move from prototype to practice.
What You'll Build
Great ideas only matter if they can be implemented. This session helps you prepare your project for real-world success by considering the organizational realities that influence every learning initiative.
By the end of this session, you will:
- Define meaningful success measures.
- Prototype and pressure-test one core learning interaction.
- Complete the final implementation sections of your Blueprint.
- Strengthen business alignment.
- Anticipate organizational challenges.
- Prepare stakeholder messaging.
Where This Fits in Your Journey
You've built a great learning experience. Now you'll make sure it can survive the realities of your workplace by testing, refining, and strengthening it before implementation.
