Julie Nguyen, EdD, is Associate Director of the Graduate Center for Career Development at Babson College, where she helps graduate students navigate job and internship searches and brings playful, engaging approaches to career education. For Julie, gamification isn’t about badges and points. It’s about designing experiences that deepen motivation and make career learning more accessible. Her passion for play extends beyond campus into puppetry, where she has studied hand and shadow puppetry, ventriloquism, marionettes, and improvisation. She hopes to one day perform her own original children’s puppet show.
