The Premium Human Play: Gamification Design for 'Premium Human' Skill

This session explores how to intentionally design for the human skills that matter most in an AI-saturated workplace, where being human has become a competitive advantage. Led by Maytwin Pitipornvivat, the session introduces a research-based framework of seven core human skills, grounded in the analysis of 1,500 talent profiles conducted by hisĀ team in Thailand.

Participants will examine real case studies and practical design techniques that show how these human skills can be developed through gamified and experiential learning, not abstract theory.
