Thiago Barrionuevo is an entrepreneur, gamer, and founder of Cuboo Experience, where he helps organizations rethink corporate learning through game-based experiences. With a background in Business Administration and an MBA from Manchester Business School, Thiago brings more than 15 years of leadership experience from multinational companies, including BASF, SKY, and PPG.
He has worked with over 200 companies across 20 countries, impacting more than 40,000 people through workshops, keynotes, and creative learning experiences. Thiago focuses on game-based learning, gamification, and creativity as tools to connect people, ideas, and real business outcomes.

Survivors
Survivors is an online, cooperative decision-making game in which each player accesses a different screen with unique and partial information. No one has the full picture alone. To succeed, players must actively collaborate, share insights, connect clues, and make collective decisions under time pressure.
The teamā€™s mission is clear: plan and execute resource-gathering expeditions that ensure the survival of the village for the next four weeks. Along the way, players face uncertainty, limited resources, unexpected events, and the consequences of their own choices. Every decision leads to different outcomes, reinforcing the idea that actions, timing, and coordination matter.
