Sanitas Benefits
The Sanitas Benefits Journey is an interactive digital board game that replaces passive onboarding with active, measurable learning through a mastery-based approach. New hires compete in teams (in-person vs. virtual) on a custom scoreboard, applying HR policies to real-world mini-lesson scenarios to progress across the board. Advancement is earned through demonstrated mastery, unlocking visual ranks from Navigator to Expert, while built-in collaboration requires small-group discussion before answers are submitted. Guided by a Game Master and a Benefits Expert who introduces strategic โtricky questions,โ the experience blends competition, peer learning, and expert facilitation to drive confident understanding of benefits from day one.
