Pashmin Kamat is an IT and Professional Services leader with over 18 years of experience driving global delivery, process improvement, and operational efficiency. She has led and scaled Global Professional Services teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ, working across media, commerce, finance, and security domains. Her work spans the full post-sales lifecycle, from customer onboarding and integration through go-live and ongoing delivery, with accountability for key business and fulfillment metrics. Pashmin has led continuous improvement and training initiatives in complex B2B environments, combining strong technical fluency with a deep focus on quality and customer satisfaction. She also serves as Chairperson of the Parents India ERG, is a member of the POSH committee, and founded an internal internship program for the India office.
