GameFrame in Action:
Bringing Purpose, Play, and Progress to Adult Learning
This session brings theĀ GameFrameĀ model into live practice. GameFrame combines coaching, gamification, and emotional intelligence to help adults engage with learning in a way that feels purposeful rather than performative. Built around three core elements, Purpose, Play, and Progress, the model offers a simple structure for designing learning experiences that support reflection, motivation, and real movement forward.
Participants will experience a short, hands-on activity that shows how lightweight game mechanics and well-designed reflection prompts can deepen engagement without adding complexity. The focus is not on tools or technology, but on design choices that help learners connect meaning to action and see progress as they learn.
Takeaway: You don’t need more content. You need a clearer frame for purpose, play, and progress.
