Shawna Stushnoff is an instructional design leader, customer education strategist, and AI innovation leader with more than 30 years of experience across corporate and academic environments. Her background includes 25 years in corporate operations management, where she built departments, redesigned workflows, and guided teams through major organizational transitions.

Today, Shawna designs learning ecosystems that support activation, adoption, competency, and retention. She combines learning science with advanced technical expertise in Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas LMS, and emerging AI tools. Whether she is developing an interactive course or building the systems that support it, Shawna focuses on creating practical learning experiences that can be implemented, measured, and scaled.

Shawna holds an MA in Learning Design and Technology and is a Quality Matters Master Reviewer and Sententia Gamification Journeyman.
