Steve Abrams is a learning and development professional, strategic planner, team builder, and Certified Instructional Designer who is passionate about creating meaningful training and helping people become their best selves. His experience includes developing business plans, guiding operational execution, identifying resources, overseeing financial considerations, and assembling collaborative teams around a shared purpose.
Steve brings a people-first perspective to both learning and leadership. He understands that even a strong idea needs clear priorities, practical action steps, capable people, and sustained follow-through if it is going to succeed.
