He was previously the Director for the Center for Leadership Development at University of Central Arkansas with over nine years of experience in the field. He obtained his PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
He specializes in leadership, change management, and organizational development, with a passion for empowering leaders and organizations to achieve positive outcomes. He has facilitated workshops and learning sessions on various topics, such as Strengths Quest, MBTI, diversity, and communication, for a wide range of industries, including higher education, tech, government, non-profit, healthcare, prison, industrial, and religious organizations.
