Through engaging discussions, real-world micro-cases, and group reflection, learners will discover how to apply the TRACI framework: Trust, Respect, Awareness, Curiosity, and Integrity to ensure that every interaction, message, and decision reflects both professionalism and humanity.

This workshop blends practical tools with relatable conversation, reminding us that while AI can accelerate efficiency, tech will always need a human touch.
