In this highly interactive session, participants explore how these human-centered skills strengthen communication, build trust, and improve collaboration across digital and in-person settings. Through engaging discussions, real-world micro-cases, and group reflection, learners will discover how to apply the TRACI framework: Trust, Respect, Awareness, Curiosity, and Integrity to ensure that every interaction, message, and decision reflects both professionalism and humanity.

This workshop blends practical tools with relatable conversation, reminding us that while AI can accelerate efficiency, tech will always need a human touch.

Monica is the Founder and President of Sententia Gamification and the GameMaster of GamiCon, the International Conference for the Gamification of Learning. Monica is hired for her skill as a gamification speaker and is considered at the top of her field in gamification design as a strategy for corporate and adult learning.

TRACI is a 5-part framework that ensures AI interactions are clear, contextual, and purpose-driven. It helps eliminate ambiguity and produce thoughtful, accurate responses.

AI can recognize words but not feelings. Empathy is where we slow down enough to listen for what’s unsaid. Empathy is the ability to understand and share another person’s feelings. To see the world through their eyes before you respond.

Empathy disarms defensiveness. It doesn’t fix problems — it humanizes them. When people feel seen, they relax enough to problem-solve. That’s when collaboration really begins.

AI can follow rules, but only humans can weigh what’s right. Our decisions ripple through teams, systems, and communities. Integrity is invisible until tested. It’s how we earn trust from the public and our peers.
