• Level 1 Gamification Surveyor Certification? 

  Level One establishes a strong foundation in gamification design for adult learning. Participants learn what gamification actually is and how to apply it responsibly and effectively in real-world training environments.

  At this level, learners focus on defining clear objectives, understanding learner motivation, building basic personas, and applying core game mechanics to non-game contexts. The emphasis is on fluency with the fundamentals and learning how to think like a motivational designer.

  Level One moves learners from curiosity to confidence by showing how gamification works and why it works.

  Level Two deepens design capability and pushes learners beyond basic application into intentional system design.

  Level Two moves learners from understanding gamification to skillfully designing with it.

  Level Three elevates gamification into a strategic leadership discipline.

  Participants synthesize everything learned in Levels One and Two to design a complete, research-based gamification solution for an organizational or learning challenge. This includes detailed systems, progression models, implementation plans, communication strategies, and ROI measurement frameworks.

  Master Craftsman candidates demonstrate mastery by designing, testing, and deploying a solution that shows measurable impact. Ongoing recertification ensures continued growth and relevance in the field.

  Level Three moves learners from skilled designers to trusted experts and leaders in gamification.
