At Sententia, we believe learning should feel human.
That belief shapes everything we do. How we design experiences. How we teach gamification. How we support professionals who are building learning in complex, real-world environments. It’s also why our guiding values are simple and steady: be gracious, be grateful, and be generous.
This season, we put those values into action with our 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways.
For twelve days, we shared learning gifts created by our Level 3 Certified Gamification Master Craftsmen and Sententia leaders. These were not marketing downloads or polished sales pieces. They were real tools, real games, and real reflections created by practitioners who design learning for adults every day.
Each gift reflected a different facet of effective learning design.
Some days focused on learner-first thinking and intentional design.
Others explored game mechanics, conversation, AI, assessment alignment, video, reflection, music, cybersecurity, and learning flow.
Every gift was designed to be usable, adaptable, and grounded in practice.
Together, the twelve gifts tell a larger story.
They show what happens when learning is designed with care.
When structure supports creativity.
When play has purpose.
And when gamification is used as a design discipline, not a gimmick.
This collection also reflects what makes Sententia different.
We don’t just talk about gamification and game-based learning. We teach it through a codified, trademarked framework that has been tested, refined, and applied across industries and learning contexts. Others may imitate the language. Sententia is the only organization offering a fully codified path from curiosity to mastery.
Whether you are new to learning design, deep in your practice, or leading learning at scale, these gifts meet you where you are.
You can explore the full collection below. Each day has its own page, making it easy to read, play, download, and share with others.
Learning grows when generosity leads the design.
Welcome to 12 Days. 12 Gifts. Learning That Lasts.
